I just graduated from college with a bachelors in physical education so I have taken many a classes on exercise and excerise physiology. Here is the thing about cardio workouts just like strength or endurance training workouts there needs to be a variety. Sure 20 minutes in the morning four days a week is better than sitting on a couch watching Dr. Phil (unless he has an interesting topic on). Do not just do the elliptical and think you are set. By all means get some friends together and run at night or go to the local YMCA and swim or take an aerobics class at the nearest gym. All I am saying is treat exercise like food, mix it up you will find that you work different muscles some you didn't even know you had. For the last piece of advice I would take most of the weekends off from exercising and just enjoy them by looking great with the new bod.
