Running when tired can lead to increased risk of injury, poor performance, and fatigue. It's essential to listen to your body; if you're feeling excessively fatigued, rest or opt for low-impact activities instead. However, some people may find that a light run can boost their energy levels and improve mood. Ultimately, it depends on individual circumstances and fitness levels.
as people run they tend to carry their whole weight along with them and so this makes it harder on fat people to run as they have to carry their weight with them which makes them get tired easily and so they cannot run.
Nobody should get tired of horses ever! Hores are the greatest thing I could think of!
Tired...
Overweight people get tired when running because they have more weight to carry. This makes it harder to fuel the muscles because their blood flow is restricted. They also don't have the lung capacity to endure a long run.
Only if there is no semicolon between "tired" and "you".
If they run hard enough...yeah of course they will. It would be just like a human. If they are out of shape then they will definitely get tired! Hope this helps!! :)
Sun makes people more tired . ^^
You should make sure you do a slow cool down run first. This will start to relax your muscles. Make sure you stretch before and after practice.
go for a run
teehee
You should run intensely for 30 minutes, because after thirty minutes the body goes into a state were to keep fueling you it will store body fat, resulting in you not losing nearly what you thought you did. Also, running for more then thirty minutes will leave you sore and tired, the best thing to do is run 30 minutes to burn optimal calories and the next day you wont be sore or tired and you can do it again.
You get tired.
