If you can't do push-ups during basic training, you may receive additional training and support to help you improve your strength and ability to perform push-ups. It's important to communicate with your instructors and work hard to progress in your physical fitness.

1-2nd week: 35 situps 3rd week: 10 pushups 50 situps 4th-12th or 13th week: 30 minutes of cardio*, 10 pushups, 50 situps *if u cant do 30 minutes, start with 15 and build up overtime Diet: regular breakfast, reg. lunch, small snack, reg. dinner if you starve and its not during these meals' times, eat a fruit or veggie. P.S. Ask God for help. He can do ANYTHING!!!!
