You will need these items to keep your body going: Running Shoes (NO SANDALS FLIP FLOPS ETC.), Comfortable clothes (I SUGGEST ATHLETIC SHORTS AND A T-SHIRT OR SHORT CHEER SHORTS AND A TANK-TOP IF IT'S HOT OUT), Water Bottle (HYDRATION IS NOT A JOKE!!) and, Some Good Tunes.
