You can't spot reduce unfortunately, but you will find that doing regular fat burning cardio and the right kind of resistance training will help lots. I have the same issue (super broad shoulders) so I do cardio 3 or 4 times a week (running, cross trainer)and resistance training twice a week. I tone my upper body and build up my legs. For the upper body, light weights and high reps, lower body heavy weights and low reps. Hope that helps. Gotta work at it. KJ
