There isn't actually anything bad about exercise itself. The way in which you exercise can be the problem, for instance running. If you run with incorrect posture/Technique, you can cause unnecessary damage, Warming up is very important to prevent injury and so is calling down. Overtraining is very popular especially if you are new the exercise people think going hard every night with give them results, sometimes the complete opposite.
Bottom line!! exercising is better then no exercise...

Put it this way...its no GOOD for you if you don't exercise, and I wouldn't touch it or similar products if I didnt exercise so much! (its horrible!).
