there are many different exercises you can do and you don't need gym equipment for them. first of all you will need to do some push ups do about 20 and work your way up. this will burn all of the fat away- even the fat you cant see. then do some sit ups. do about 50-100 .if you want to get muscles a bit faster do some leg raises. if you don't know what leg raises are simply lay on the floor and while keeping your legs straight raises you legs to a 90 degree angle with your body. do about 10-20 of these and work your way up.

There is more to it than just exercise. You also need to deal with diet and nutrition, and well as physical condition. Any strength training program should be reviewed by your family doctor or some knowledgable professional to ensure safety.
of pure muscle probably 70 or so, if theres no injuries or distractions
do dieting and build your muscle
Any physical action that you do can give you muscle. You don't necessarily need weights to gain muscle. Simple things like push ups can still give you muscle.
Start keeping fit. Muscle weighs more than fat. You can up the protein if you are training hard.
The best way would probably be working out and eating a lot of meat. You should lift weights, but instead of eating a lot of meat, get on a high calorie diet. You will gain muscle mass, and muscle weighs more than fat.
If you not sore after a workout, your not going to gain muscle. When you lift, what you are doing is making tiny rips in your muscle, your body recovers by building new muscle to avoid it again. So if your muscles arent sore, your not going to gain any muscle.

The best time to go to bed for a thirty year old male is at 9- 9:30 Pm
If the weight and activity levels are about the same a 16 year old male will usually have a higher calorie need due to higher muscle mass.
You will absolutely not gain muscle if you don't use them. You also won't gain muscle if you don't eat more calories than you burn. I'm not saying go on some diet of salads and chicken breast, but make sure you're eating enough and make sure you get enough protein, that's all. And it's correct that you don't need to go to the gym to add weight, but it's the best way. There are activities that will add mass, like swimming, but you still need to do it enough and do it the right way. Ultimately, you just need to be challenging and overloading your muscles somehow so they adapt and grow.
The average arm muscle size for a 18 year old male is 14 to 15 inches. The more you work out/lift weights, the more your muscle size will improve.
