I'm 40 years old, have had difficulty keeping weight off over the years. Although I am not lazy, I am not a fitness buff. In the past two years I have had to change my diet to low carb/low sugar due to cancer and no thyroid. As I have done so, I have dropped weight but still need to lose 50 more pounds. I am looking for the best program that will tone all this loose skin as well as shape and drop the remaining weight. I know it won't happen overnight but are there any supplements I can take to help aid the process and what's the best route for me as I have back and leg issues?
