Drink 8 or more glasses of water each day to help get rid of water weight ( you will pee a lot at first but once your body get acclimated this will stop happening and your body will stop feeling the need to retain water). *Eat for two week, NO starches, NO sugars, and eat high fiber foods, like nuts, in small but frequent portions (eat a little about every four hours). Drink four cups of green tea every day through out the day. Consume a teaspoon of red chilies some how every day, (add chilies to various dishes). *When you eat a meal let most of it be some kind of dark colorful vegetable and also eat about a hand size proportion of protein with each meal (helps to build muscle which burns more fat). Exercise in 20 to 30 min spurts through out the day, aerobics is key for fat burning. Take a few days aside to lift weights. Exercise right after a meal (your metabolism gets higher right after eating so you end up burning more calories if you--say--take a long walk right after a meal). Taking long walks each day helps trim the waist line. Include good fats, like omega 3s, take a liquid form of B vitamins, take vitamin c through out the day, and take it in liquid form. To really increases weight loss (if you want to do this for a month instead of two weeks) after doing this for a month pig out and eat junk food for one day, still exercise on this day though--The next few day as you eat healthily again you'll notice extra pounds fly off, because the junk food load of that one day "shocks" the system, and kicks the metabolism up a hearty notch for a few days making your efforts on those following day more fruitful.
