Aerobic and Cardiovascular
The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) defines aerobic exercise as "any activity that uses large muscle groups, can be maintained continuously, and is rhythmic in nature." I need to find the original source of the words above. Many thanks!
An alternative exercise to front squats that targets the same muscle groups is the goblet squat.

The primary muscle groups targeted during a lat pulldown exercise are the latissimus dorsi (lats), biceps, and muscles in the upper back and shoulders.
The heart is able to continuously pump blood because it contains a layer of cardiac muscle. Cardiac muscle is specialized for continuous, rhythmic contractions, allowing the heart to maintain a consistent pumping action to circulate blood throughout the body.
Upper and lower legs and torso are good groups to work.

There are many exercises you could do for small muscle groups such as smiling. You could also do butt flexes.
The primary muscle groups targeted during a chest press exercise are the pectoral muscles (chest muscles), the deltoids (shoulder muscles), and the triceps (back of the upper arm muscles).
Eccentric Flexors and Concentric Flexors
The leg curl and leg extension exercises strengthens two muscle groups. The two muscle groups are the hamstring muscles and the quads or quadricep muscles.
