Of course you can become flexible! I was as stiff as a board, but I tried out for the cheer team anyway. After stretching every day for a few weeks, in about a month I had all 3 of my splits! With practice and consistency, you'll be flexible in no time!

By the way, if you are unsure of how you should stretch, go on YouTube. There are countless videos and tips that should help you reach your goal :)
