In Metro Detroit try Bra~vo intimates. www.bravointimates.com I know I go on about this alot but I found out I was a 26E today. I'm still trying to figure out if this exsists but basically, I've been wearing the wrong bra for around 3 years. Only when I can across an extremly helpful woman did I find out my real size. When you go into a shop to get fitted, a person can sometimes come across as a know it all, telling you it fits when you are sure it doesn't. The best thing you can do if be sure of the signs as to whether something fits you and use your gut. If it is uncomfortable, it is either the wrong style or the wrong size. If you think the cup is a little small, lift up your arms, if your breast spills out alittle then if is definatly too big. If you lift up your arms and the bra moves up, then either the straps need adjusting or the band is too big. If you notice these things, point them out to the person helping you out. Don't be afraid of getting it wrong, sometimes they make the mistakes, but they are professionals so they are also prepared for you to make mistakes. As to a best place, sometimes there are just certain people who are the best to see. Not all shops have good assistants. If you know how you want a bra to fit, you can go anywhere and get half desent results. Also, if you measure yourself, you can get a guidline. If the assistant gives you a different one and you're not sure it is correct, enquire about it and let them know what you found. To measure yourself, you measure your rib cage, just under your breasts, and your bust. The inch difference determines youe cup size, 1/2 inch =AA, 1" =A, 2=B, 3=C, 4=D, 5=DD, 6=E, etc (sometimes these vary). The band size is determined by then adding on 4 or 5 inches. If you are 35 inches and add on 5 (alway to make an even number) then your band would be 40, however, you may find a 40 too loose and have to waer a 38 or even a 36. Sometimes it is because of how your body arches and other factors. I'm sorry I couldn't directly answer your question, however, I think self preparation and self understanding is best for getting fitted in shops, and occasionally you come across an extremly helpful person who is the best for fitting you. But no shop can guarantee that. Best of luck. Mogeta.

How do you find the bra cup size of an unlabeled bra?

This will depend on many factors, but if you can measure the band, that would be your number. If you can fit the bra band on someone or something and stuff the cups to be full, you can measure the center of the cup. Subtract the band measurement from the cup measurement. For every inch you add a cup size. 1"=A, 2"=B, 3"=C, etc. Of course this is assuming the bra is new and is not stretched out of shape. If your trying to find out a persons bra size I recommend they get a custom fitting (not a department store fitting) to find the correct size.
