One of the main reasons is lactic acid. Normally when a person is doing something their muscles use oxygen to make energy, but when you work out for an extended period of time, they cant gen enough to make the energy they need. They have the ability to make energy without oxygen, but it has a drawback. Making energy without oxygen, call anaerobic respiration, has a byproduct called lactic acid. So the more you work out, the more lactic acid your body puts out. This is what causes your muscles to get sore and can cause people to fell sick. After you stop working out and switch back to your muscles using oxygen, aerobic respiration, then your body gets rid of it and you begin to feel better.
You are sick!
I am currently off on sick and my employer is proposing different working times. do i have to reply, or accept this proposal
You shouldn't feel sick after working out, tired stiff are possibilities , if you are really un fit or have just eaten you may feel nauseous (like throwing up) but you should not feel sick at least not regularly, I recommend seeing a doctor.

The person will get sick allot.
In some cases working out when you are sick makes you feel better, but in other cases, it would not.
Sounds like you're either sick, working (or working out) too much, or full of stress.

Yes. And so am I. I sick of bluetooth not working right. I'm sick of things made of cheap plastic or poorly designed all together. I'm sick of closed captioning on tv not working correctly. I'm sick of disappearing files on my computer. I'm sick of people that do shoddy work. I'm sick of people that dont pay attention while driving. I'm sick of people that dont pay attention to what their kids are doing. I am sick of living in a world where we are all too busy or too bummed to care about whats really going on and who really did what and why. I'm sick of greedy dishonest people.
