well maybe be cause running alot can be very tyring. but its better to exercise than to just sit around all day. and be lazy and watch television. why do you ask such a question ? well ill answar that for you. well you recover more faster from playing around alot and not taking your exercises very seriously / or doing it your way. but if you actually sit down and do your exercise you can actually fill your heart pounding in your chest / that means that you have a steady heart rate going. but like i told tou before if play a round your heart will beat fast but it will evenyually slow down. but if you actually exercise you heart will pound alot but it will eventually slow down in differences. do your exercise and youll make a big difference in your wheight. and sooner or later youll be proud of your self of how well you did.

Are fitter peoples heart rate higher?

Generally, fitter individuals tend to have a lower resting heart rate compared to those who are less fit. This is because regular exercise strengthens the heart muscle, allowing it to pump more blood with each beat, which means it doesn't need to beat as frequently at rest. During exercise, however, fitter people may also have a more efficient heart response, allowing them to reach higher heart rates more effectively. Overall, fitness level is more closely associated with a lower resting heart rate rather than a higher one.
