This allowed me to see my good and bad eating habits and made me aware of my food choices. Keep a good balance of protein and carbs and watch your sugar and starches. You don't say how old you are but remember that age can affect your ability to lose weight. Always eat breakfast - oatmeal, fruit and/or yogurt are good breakfast choices, also Kashi Go-Lean cereal...lots of protein and fiber.
