While exercise is not recommended on the protocol we have found that people who have already been on a regular exercise routine can continue their exercise while on the HCG Protocol. They just need to be observant of what their body is telling them. For example, if they stall or do not lose very much on the days after they exercise, they may need to cut back or adjust their routine while on the 500 calorie diet. Walking is always OK.
