there are 4 screws that hold up a plastic trim plate that spans the width of the interior just below the light. remove screws, pull down and you have access.

hi, yes you will have to take out both of the two screws that hold the fuse in place. then put in the new fuse(should be a 100 amp fuse) and put in both screws. the fuse it self is pretty cheap to replace. i live in WI and it cost about $6 when i put a new alternator fuse in my '96 accent. hopefully this was helpful for you.

My suggestion is to leave the wires connected to the resistor while removing the screws.
