Why on earth would you ever want to do that? But you could start off by increasing the amount of fast-food she eats. When your together always hit up a fast food joint. When you go to see her take super unhealthy foods with you and make sure she always has some kind of food in her hands at all times (i.e.: give her a bowl of chips, and make sure it stays full). Buy her sweets and chocolates as if you are doing it out of a romantic interest and guilt trip her into eating them. Cook her massive meals full of calories, carbs and fat. Again, you can guilt trip her into eating more by saying how much effort you put into it. Also, find out some very unhealthy foods that would shock most people so she will have no idea that what she's eating is unhealthy (like energy drinks, Starbucks, protein bars, popsicles......Google more). Also, it is important that whenever possible, reduce the amount of exercise she gets. Minimal walks, take a car or public transportation and if she actually goes to workout at a gym, try and plan dates when she usually goes to the gym. Dude, I hope you get fat in the process too.
