Well, from the wording of your question it seems that you don't know him well enough to like him. However, the internet is a good way, and there are voice chat programs you can use for free (ventrilo, team speak). But, i wouldn't recommend getting attached to someone who lives in a different country, as you never know what, or who, they might be doing behind your back. Honestly, i don't think you should waste your time on a guy who lives so far away, when there are local guys you could get to know and date.
