The effects would be .. Disobedient Kids, etc. Basically not doing what their told .. being spoilt .. thinking they can get what they want.

This is not how parenting should be !!!

Screaming at your children is a huge problem. As you are telling them to get under control, you are actively demonstrating losing your temper. It will also make your children really dislike you for yelling at them all the time. Save your voice.

Doing nothing is probably the single worst thing you can do for your child. If you truly love them, you will take action to make sure they won't go down the wrong road in "real life."

Ignoring them hitting now will lead to them hitting their future spouse or children.

Ignoring them disrespecting you will lead to loss of jobs and relationships.

Ignoring them lying can lead to imprisonment.

Ignoring them stealing can lead to years in jail.

The consequences of not parenting well are huge. You have the power to put your child on the fast track for healthy relationships and a bright future.
