i had the exact same experience in 4th through 5th grade. i liked my present girlfriend since the 4th grade but i thought she absoulutley despised me. But we were friends. so in the 5th grade i got the guts to ask her out. (somehow she didnt know i liked her even after i asked her out O.e) so then a few days later i told her i loved her. and she told me she loved me back. which at the time was huge shock for me. so now weve been dating for 7 months. so simply saying this all: just tell her u like her and if she likes u back GREAT! if she dosent say you were just joking around.

i dont think she is gunna get fired really she quit and now its 2013 and she made a lot of new songs and hasnt been acting for a long time and more albums keep coming out so i think she quit acting maybe but she might go back to it one day

It's your decision, don't listen to anyone else. Think about two sides. Does he like you back? Might he think of you differently if he knows you like him? Etc... he might start liking you. If you aren't sure if he likes you back, take a step back for the moment and wait until you are almost certain he does.
