Try to remember that if your parents are really not getting along with each other there is nothing you can do to force them to get along. Some distance might help the situation and give everyone time to think things over. It might be for the best if one moves out. Family and marriage counseling might help but only if all parties are willing to acknowledge that everyone may need to change and everyone is willing to try to do what they can to make things better.

Don't allow your parents to try to get you to take sides and don't be tempted to play them against each other. That's not fair to you or them. If there is ultimately a divorce, unfortunately, your custody will come under the jurisdiction of the court and others may make custody decisions for until you reach eighteen.

If you have an adult friend that you trust, and who is removed from the strife(a teacher, aunt, uncle, grandparent, friend's parent) you might try to enlist them as a person you can go to when you need some support, advice and a sympathetic ear.

Try to remember that your parent's love you.

Can a parent leave the country with children without consent from other parent?

In general, if both parents have legal custody rights, a parent typically needs the other parent's consent to leave the country with the children. If one parent leaves with the children without the other parent's consent, it could be considered parental abduction and legal action may be taken. It's important to consult with a family law attorney for specific advice based on the circumstances.

Can a child get a leave pf absence from school if they have only one parent and the parent is very sick?

That depends on state law where you reside and the nature of the parent's illness. If the parent is suffering from a terminal illness and is in the final stage of life, a leave of absence from school may be approved. However, if the parent has a strep throat, bronchitis or or other condition not deemed to be serious or lasting a long time, such a leave may be denied. In Missouri and Texas once your 17 you can up and leave, go anywhere you want, so if you live in one of those states, you can, if you don't you'll have to talk to a law enforcer or attorney to see if you can get the custody granted to the parent you want to live with.
