Just my opinion: It may be hard if you feel strongly for her. Stop seeing her until she commits to you and only you. There's an old saying, not sure where from or if I'm quoting correctly but anyway: if you love something let it go, if it comes back it was meant to be yours.
In other words, if she loves you and doesn't just throw those words around, she will finish it with the other person. Two things to also consider here. If she is formally with the other person, what are the chances that she may cheat on you with someone else? Also, is she the type of person that says she loves everyone or does she use it in a meaningful way?
