Fisher tend to seek information about issues that can effect the Kodak company these issues include declining earnings, slow growth, heavy debt, and deflated employees when he become the ceo of the company. These issues were prevailing and effecting the company to a great extent.

Fisher believes in innovations and taking risks. From photographic imaging he planes to deal in digital imaging. He believes in replacing old tequneques and adopting the newones.digital imaging lets people take pictures crap them and print them electronically.
