There once was a man who did think the grass was greener on the other side of the fence, or over in the next neighborhood, or behind the next hill. He didn't just think it, he "knew" it.
This led him to go to the other side of the fence. Where he thought that while it was greener, that the next yard over might be still greener. It was at least worth checking out.
Well, he started this quest in Vladisvostok, and travelled all through Asia and Europe. Then by boat to Greenland, then to North America, then all the way down to the tip of South America. By boat he then went to South Africa and all the way to Egypt. Then all the way across the Middle East, through India and South East Asia, till he finally got to just outside Vladisvostok, but on the other side of where he'd started.
He saw one yard on the outskirts, then another next to that, then the one next, and finally got all the way back to his neighbor's yard...where he was sure that the next one over would be the greenest.
He jumped over the fence, and there he was in the greenest yard on Earth. His own!
