Ok right, I posted that previous answer a few days ago, I'll keep it there in case anyone is interested in reading it.
I just found out that the model's name is Fernanda Brussi. I'm quite sure this is it, I was looking through a bunch of book covers, and there was a picture of the pose on the Torment cover, by Lauren Kate, and it had that name on it. So I typed the name into Google images and the Fallen covers came up along with a number of other different pictures of her.
