It depends on what plan/credit you are on. Call your phone company if you don't know your plan/credit so they can tell you how much you will be charged.
First, never sign without knowing. Now that you have, you may dispute it through your credit card company. I am not certain that they are a legitimate company. I was required to do tests and I provided services for them concerning a client. Ultimately, I was asked to lay out seven grand on my credit card to cover the cost of a leasing purchase for their "European" client. When I advised them I was not in a position to do this... they disappeared. No phone calls or emails were returned. There were no explanations offered. I am still a bit confused. Credit card fraud /is/ a crime. If you know which company contacted you, I would get in touch with them and let them know what you suspect is going on. Otherwise, I guess you could contact the police or maybe even the FBI. Not only would this be credit card fraud, but maybe identity theft, as well.

how do you know that the fraud was conducted by someone within the company? If you actually have real proof of this then you would need to report it to management at that company and then I would file a report with either local law enforcement or the Secret Service.
Check your statement or call the credit card company. Up to 3 business days is a normal delay. If longer then this, call the crediting company and the card company.
