I'm pretty sure that in those paper containers it says you can keep it refrigerated 4-7 days. I've kept it way longer than that and it doesn't look or smell funny, but I've been too scared to use it. You can always freeze it in an ice cube tray, that's a good way to keep it as long as you want.
