5 Fresh Tarragon Leaves
1 inch Slice of Cucumber
3/4 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce Chilled Strong Brewed Chamomile Tea
1/2 ounce Sparkling Water
Ice
