All pork has trans fat and sometimes beefdepending on the way you cook it... chicken and turkey never do, if you are haveing a rough time sleeping... eat some turkey... it has cemicals in it that will help you sleep... it will make you tierd. Bacon has tons of trans fat in it so to keep you in shape if u are extreamly under weight is to drink the grease from the pan ( the bacon fat) and you will grow in no time if you drink it for 4 days once a day! happy eating!
