Yeast require energy to grow and divide its cells, therefore yeast grows best in sugar solution.
Yeast does not require sunlight for growth as it does not photosynthesize. Yeast grows best in a dark, warm, and moist environment with a source of sugar for fermentation. While sunlight won't harm yeast, it is not necessary for its growth and reproduction.
hot water!
Warm water is best for yeast because yeast is a living organism that likes to live in similar temperatures to humans. Put yeast in hot water and it dies, put it in cold water and it will not do its job properly (will be too cold to reproduce fast etc). Put it in water that is just right and it will thrive

The best drink for a parakeet is water.
A cactus or succulent would likely be best.
There are a number of good recovery drinks available. Some drinks to consider are cherry juice, traditional sports drinks, water or low fat chocolate milk.
If the water is too hot, it kills the yeast. It stops working and therefore wouldn't make the bread rise. If the water was too cold, it wouldn't do anything to the bread. If you use warm water, however, then it gives enough energy to help the yeast work so that the bread can rise, making you're loaf.
Water hydrates you the best. It is good to drink it before and after exercise. Sports drinks have vitamins that recover electrolytes lost in sweat, which water doesn't. But sports drinks have lots of sugar, which is bad for you before before and after the exercise. The best time to drink them is during the exercise.
