Pound cake recipes can be made to contain less fat with the subtraction of the amount of a few ingredients. By using less cream cheese and sugar in the recipe to make it less heavy, the pound cake will contain a lesser amount of calories than a cake with the full amount of cheesecake and sugar.
If you put less sugar in a cake recipe, the cake may be less sweet and could have a different texture. Sugar contributes to the cake's moisture and tenderness, so reducing it might result in a drier or denser cake. Additionally, sugar aids in browning, so the cake might not develop the same golden color. Overall, the flavor and structure of the cake could be noticeably altered.
Since "fat" is based on eating too many calories, the cake with the lesser calorie value would be less fattening. Per unit, fat holds twice as many calories as carbohydrates (sugar) so the fat free should have less calories given the same size slice.
Sugar free because if it is sugar free it s way more healthier
I believe any cake recipe calls for a moist cake. The moisture however is in the preparation and ingredients involced. That as well as cooking time, maybe try more egg, or less baking time.
You really don't need to change the recipe. The only thing I would suggest is baking the cake with duck eggs (if you can find them) instead of chicken eggs because they make the cake hold better. They make the cake less crumbly or unstable. Hope this helps. :)
To make the chocolate cake more moist u can either put more water in or less rice flour. It depends how you want it to taste like. But i recommend to use less water.
There are several different websites that offer recipes for diabetic cakes. Cooks.com is one of my favorite places to find recipes, it offers you photos, a recipe and all of the nutritional information for that particular recipe. If you are looking for a less complex cake recipe, http://www.easy-diabetic-recipes.com/diabetic-cake-recipes.html is a great website to search through.

How many cups of flour equals one pound will depend on the type of flour. If you are using all purpose flour you will need less than if you are using cake flour. For all purpose flour 3 1/3 cups equals one pound, 4.5 cups of cake flour equals one pound.

From a pound of whole-wheat flour, you can typically make one to two loaves of bread, depending on the specific recipe and other ingredients used. A standard bread recipe usually requires about 3 to 4 cups of flour, and one pound of flour is approximately 3 ½ cups. Therefore, you can usually expect to bake one loaf, or potentially two smaller loaves, if the recipe calls for less flour.
