You can, but it will get stuck to your braces. There are several workarounds to this though. The main method is what I like to call the Icy Hot method. You'll need an ice cube, some Duct Tape, and, of course, corn on the cob. Take the ice cube and hold it against your braces. Move it to each individual tooth and hold it against each one for about 10 seconds. This will cause the braces to shrink and tighten against your teeth. Then take 4 pieces of duct tape and put them on the front and back of both sets of teeth (or take 2 pieces if you only have braces on 1 set of teeth). Make sure it's tight so that no corn can escape into the tape fortress.
Then you can eat the corn on the cob. Note: The tape will be disgusting after you finish eating, so throw it away immediately. Or you could, ya know, just eat corn without the cob.
