It taste's like a toffee flavor. If you get chocolate, it taste like chocolate toffee. If you get caramel, it will taste like caramel toffee.
They taste the same as any other chocolate would. Most chocolate bunnies tend to be milk chocolate, and some have milk chocolate or dark chocolate accents like eyes or bows, for example.
