Ingredients1 8 graham cracker crust,unbaked 1 lb Tofu,1/2 c Brown sugar1/3 c Honey or syrup1/4 c Oil2 tb Lemon juice1 tb Unbleached white flour1 t VanillaPinch of saltPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients except the crust in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Pour into the unbaked pie shell and bake for about 45 minutes or until cracks start to form around the edge of the filling.
Ingredients1 c Sugar2 tb Cornstarch1/4 c Lemon juice1/2 c Margarine1 c Milk3 ea Egg yolks1 c Sour cream1 ea Graham cracker crustCool Whip - GarnishCombine the sugar and cornstarch, add the lemon juice, oleo, and milk Put in pan over low heat. Beat 3 egg yolks in small bowl. Add a little hot mixture from pan into the egg yolks, mix well and add all to pan. Cook until thick, remove from heat, and add 1 cup sour cream and stir. Pour into a graham cracker crust. Refrigerate overnight or several hours. Spread with Cool Whip.
