The very best way to create a cheese fondue at home is to purchase a cheese fondue kit available at many retailers. They will have special instructions to get you started along with a selection of basic cheeses and recipes. You can also slowly heat 1 cup of heavy cream until it barely begins to steam, and then add 3 cups of your selected cheese. Allow it to slowly melt, under a constantly stir until the cheese has been incorporated into the heavy cream. This makes for an excellent beginners fondue, and with the addition of herbs and spices can create a delicious cheese sauce.
Chipotle is a spice, and you know what cheese is, well when you heat up cheese it turns to a sticky state (like cheese on nachos), so it's a spicy cheese fondue! :)
