Find some chewy, crunchy things you like and make up your own trail mix using all kinds of dried raisins (the big red and white ones are great), nuts, granola and other kinds of whole grain cereals, a few dark Chocolate Chips, dates and dried Prunes. Keep red grapes on hand and add them to salads and cold pasta mixtures.

Finally, use some self control. Take the plunge and eliminate unhealthy snacks altogether. They provide no nutritional benefit whatsoever, add layers of fat to your body, make you age more quickly and clog your arteries.
