You may be able to train a betta to swim through a hoop with the information provided below, but it doesn't necessarily mean that it will be successful, or last in the long term.
Put the hoop in the water and put a piece of food on the other side.
When she swims through the hoop to the food, let her eat it and do it again.
Keep doing it until she can go through without the food there.
If she swims around the hoop, put the hoop in between her and the food again.
Keep doing that until she gets it!
Tip:
Always let her have food after she has done it, even if the food wasn't in the tank to begin with.
I think it just takes patience. You need to start with simple things. You could try teaching your Betta to swim through a hoop. You do that by putting the hoop in the water, then you offer food just beyond the hoop. If the fish tries to go around the hoop then gently guide it through.
It depends on what you want to teach your betta. I taught mine to jump for food, and I'm teaching him to swim through a hoop. If he's food motivated, it should be easy. This is how I'm teaching my boy to swim through a hoop: 1. Put the hoop in the water (make sure it floats or you have it attched to something so it doesn't sink) 2. when your betta is on one side of the hoop, dangle some food like bloodworms (or pellets) on the other side. Make sure he sees the food. 3. Most likely he will swim through to get the food. Them let him eat the food. If you repeat these steps, he'll soon learn that swimming through the hoop is rewarded. Therefore whenever you put the hoop in the water, he'll swim through it. *Keep in mind you cannot force your fish to do anything, and if he doesn't learn the trick, don't be mad at him*
well i would suggest getting the end of a pen and putting it in the water and if they touch it, give them a treat. do this daily. when they follow the pen, put the hoop in the water and the pen on the other side. hopefully they will swim through it. each day move the hoop a little higher until it is abbove the water, and again hopefully, it will jump through the hoop
Have someone with you at first, make sure your dog knows how to sit and stay. With the one person holding the hoop, have your dog sit and stay about three feet from the hoop, go to the other side of hoop, with a treat, and call your dog(make sure you start the hoop close to the ground, if he/she tries to go around the hoop say no, if your dog is too shy to jump through the hoop you can show he/she by going through the hoop yourself. Good luck!!!
I don't know if that's possible, since they don't naturally flip anyway. You can teach them to roll over. You can probably teach them to jump through a hoop
I think it is possible but you might have to have a pro dog trainer to do it. If you can not hire one you can just hold out a hoop for him to jump through. That is much easier .
Yes, you can successfully shoot a basketball through the bottom of the hoop.
No, to get any points the ball has to go through the hoop
No, it is not possible to jump through an invisible hoop because there is no physical barrier or structure to pass through.
On many hoops, there is a catch; feel for it and slowly pull it out. Ease the hoop out through the hole.
when i whent to the shops to buy a basketball i played with it and through it through a hoop
a game in which two teams of five players each compete to throw a ball through a hoop.
