Once opened, a jar of garlic can typically last in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 weeks. However, its longevity may vary depending on the type of garlic (fresh, minced, or pickled) and how well it is stored. Always check for signs of spoilage, such as off odors or mold, before use. For the best quality, it's advisable to consume it sooner rather than later.
