However, this is something you will have to learn for yourself, I have heard stories of diet products of slowing down the onset of ketosis in low carb diets, but once you are in ketosis there seems to be little effect. You should probably limit your consumption as some people seem to be sensitive to Aspartame, and Bromine is not good for you either.
