Pasta is made from grain. All grain has starch. Thus pasta has starch. If you don't like getting fat off of starch then go run a couple miles a day. Stop eating junk food, soda, sugar, Diet Soda , white flour..... and just about everything American's eat.

Flour does not contain starch. Flour is made from starch! The starch undergoes a process which turns it into flour.

So, when you eat flour, you are actually ingesting starch!
