Sauerkraut that has been frozen won't be unsafe, but may have a different texture than before.
No.
Yes, you can cook sauerkraut slowly in an iron skillet. Start by heating some oil or butter in the skillet, then add the sauerkraut along with any desired seasonings, such as caraway seeds or onions. Cook it over low heat, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld and the sauerkraut to soften. This method gives a nice caramelization and depth of flavor to the dish.
This food should be safe to eat. If this food was kept frozen for the whole time it was in the freezer it is still good. You can cook it however you choose to.
If I understand your question right john cook healed scurvy and he did it with sour kruat. His name was James Cook and the food is spelled sauerkraut.

I have taken fresh kielbasa (or bratwurst) and sauerkraut and after the kielbasa was cooked, I added frozen perogies, nestling them in the sauerkraut, and cooked another hour..came out great
No we should not put the stuff in the freezer as soon as we cook because it can change the temperature of the freezer.
If the contents of the freezer have thawed out - EVEN ONCE - because it was turned off our there was a power cut, then the food IS NOT SAFE TO EAT and should be thrown out. However if the contents remained frozen (the freezer will stay cold for a few hours) then the food should be OK.
You can cook freezer- burned cat fish just as you would fish that ISN'T freezer-burned, but it won't be very good. It will most likey be dry and tough. It won't hurt you, though.
This will depend on the thickness but an average chop will cook in about 10 mins if you cook it longer it will become tough unless you cook it on a low heat for about 30 mins or more.
It depends if it is taken out of the fridge or the freezer if its out the freezer then don't because the ice crystals that form on the meat will pop up and hit your skin, that's if you fry it or cook it on the stove top i would still defrost it before to cut some time out of cooking and if its out the fridge wait like 5 minutes then cook them. Hope i helped!!!
