Yes, by birth, but not by practice. Alexander Graham Bell was by most accounts a non-practicing Protestant; given his Scottish ancestry, it would be reasonable to assume he was exposed to the views of Presbyterianism, the Church of Scotland, or perhaps Anglicanism, the Church of England. But during his life, his views seemed to align with those of the Unitarian Church, a liberal denomination of Protestantism.
