Ingredients
White flour Combine ingredients in order given, using sufficient white flour to form a dough just stiff enough to knead. Knead on lightly floured board until smooth and elastic. The dough should be softer than one in which bran is not used. This dough will rise slowly. When it doubles in bulk, form into loaves and place in well-oiled pans. Cover and let rise until double in bulk. Bake in hot oven (425F) about 45 minutes. 2 small loaves. Mrs. W.R. Vaughn, Ferndale, WA.

No, white bread does not have bleach in it. The whiteness of white bread comes from refined flour, which has been processed to remove the bran and germ, not from bleach. Bleach is not used in the production of white bread.
Apples, Bran Flakes, Granola Bars, Whole Grain bread are just a few
The answer depends on what is meant by seeds. All wheat bread, both white and whole wheat, is made with the seeds of the wheat plant which are ground into flour. White bread is made with flour ground from seeds that have had the outer husk (bran) and germ removed. Whole wheat bread includes the bran and germ in the flour. Other types of bread have different sorts of whole or cracked seeds added to the dough, but these breads would be identified as such. Examples include Cracked Whole Wheat bread, Poppy Seed bread, Rye bread with Caraway Seeds, or Whole Wheat Sunflower Seed bread.
Processed bran is unprocessed bran that has been subject to a short cooking process known as extrusion by which the bran is subject to a temperature of 120 degree C and at a pressure of 5.9 MPa. Processed bran is commonly used in food items such as snacks, bread products, breakfast items to make them more digestible. The extrusion process usually renders processed bran with less dietary fiber than unprocessed bran.
It depends. A muffin like a corn muffin or a bran muffin is considered more of a bread. A muffin like an apple cinnamon muffin or a chocolate chip muffin is considered more of a cake.
I think you mean Bran. Do you? If so, then bran is a derivative from wheat. It is actually the outer layer of the wheat after is is trashed. Bran also makes great fibre for the body.
Foods with lots of fibre are cereals like wheatabix, shredded wheat, bran and bran flakes, salads and fruits and vegetables, coconuts, brown bread. Corn flakes has very little fibre.
How to say bread you mean? Bread = Pan
Brown rice and whole wheat bread are made from whole grains, which include all three parts of the grain: the bran, germ, and endosperm. The bran is the outer layer that provides fiber and nutrients, the germ is the nutrient-rich core that can sprout into a new plant, and the endosperm is the starchy middle layer that serves as energy for the plant. In brown rice, the bran is left intact, while whole wheat bread incorporates the entire grain, ensuring that all the nutritional benefits are preserved.
I think you may be gluten-intollerant. You may need a gluten-free diet. This is exctly what happens to me so I no longer eat bread, bran or anything with wheat, rye or bran in it and I no longer bloat. As soon as I do eat it I bloat very quickly. Also, since raisins are really a fruit (dried grapes) and bran is a carbohydrate, the two of them shouldn't really be eaten together because the fruit ferments and reacts with the bran, so this is making it even worse.
