Soy beans are used to make soy sauce, soy protein additives and soy milk. Lots of Asian foods contains soy products as well as many processed foods that aren't Asian. Peanuts or peanut oil are in so many products it's impossible to list them. Check the ingredient list to be sure.
Finding soy free foods is very hard. I have found no store that sells just soy free foods. If you are in the states Trader Joes seems to have more than most, but you still have to read the labels to make sure there isn't some form of soy. I have a soy allergy and find very few foods without soy in it. There is a limit of the number of foods produced without soy. Even foods you wouldn't think have it. I found soy in saltwater taffy, go figure.
