A drink made from Yoghurt is Lassi
In Indian restaurants I have been in, this drink is called a 'Lassi'. E.g a mango Lassi
A yogurt-based drink from India is called "lassi." It is traditionally made by blending yogurt with water, spices, and sometimes fruit, resulting in a refreshing beverage. Lassi can be sweet or savory, with variations including mango lassi, which is made with ripe mangoes, and salty lassi, seasoned with spices. It is commonly enjoyed in Indian cuisine, especially during hot weather.

Lassie is Yogurt shake mostly used in North India and Pakistan. It is made of Yogurt, it can be Plain Lassie *just Yogurt shake* Namkeen Lassie has salt in it ans Sweet Lassie has sugar in it. Some people just mix the Yogurt and drink it like Lassie, in Iran it is called Dogh and in Arab it is called Liban. But actual Lassie is when Yogurt is shaken continuously for about half an hour and Butter is separated from the shake. This Lassie is very healthy as it has less fats.
You can sprinkle it on yogurt but I wouldn't pour in a drink. When taking with yogurt I recommend sprinkling the full dose on a spoon with yogurt on it, then covering it up with a little more yogurt, swallowing (without chewing) and drinking some water after.
eat, eat, eat, and drink
