What is the most liked food in the US?

Pizza! We also like burgers, burritos, tacos, fries, etc., but I think that the one food I see Americans love to eat most is Pizza. Even people who move from other countries seem to develop a love for it.

When I lived in Switzerland for awhile- I thought it was hilarious that the Swiss advertised "American Pizza" by putting corn on the pizza. We don't eat pizza with corn on it (at least not on the western half of America.)

We eat pizza with various toppings such as meats, veggies, pineapple, and usually cheese. I am actually a vegetarian who tries to stay away from dairy most of the time, but pizza is just a yummy treat. I like to make a much healthier pizza at home rather than buy it, but I admit that sometimes a nice greasy piece of pizza tastes great! If you are going to have a party or family over- it is fun to give everyone their own pizza crust and let them put all of their own toppings on it. Everyone gets exactly what they want, it tastes great, everyone is happy.

(Note: Although I am guessing that pizza is the most "liked" food in America- I don't think that it is the most eaten food in America. I believe that other fast foods such as burgers and fries sell much more. No surprise that we are the most overfed and undernourished country in the world! So sad.)
