This is a highly debated question. There are too many conflicting ingredients and flavours in the Risotto al Funghi for people to reach an agreement over which wines will pair with the meal.
I recommend trying an Italian white wine with your meal. Otherwise I believe an Alsace Pinot Blanc or White Rioja will work very well with the dish.
