On a practical (that is scientific evidential) basis, Adam (the first human as per The Bible) never existed as it is clear that humans evolved from one of the branches of primate apes. In this case there can be no 'first man' and thus no tomb. On a scientific basis any theoretical tomb of a primeval human would be in central East Africa.

If one is to assume (as a matter of faith) that Genesis is true. then we also do not know where Adam's tomb is or would be as we have no idea where Eden was. One can assume that theoretically it would be somewhere in Mesopotamia.
