It all depends on the TYPE of cheese. Not all cheese is the same. There are many different types of cheeses. For example: Swiss cheese has holes and Cheddar cheese doesn't - it's orange. It's just the way the cheese is made!! If all cheeses were the same, then that would be pretty boring.
